Terms and Conditions
- This package is valid from October 9, 2006 to November 30, 2006. The last check-in date is November 29, 2006.
- This package is applicable to BOC Visa Cards (including Classic, Gold, Platinum , Corporate and Co-branded cards) issued by BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd ("The Company").
- To be eligible for this package, cardholders are required to use BOC Visa Card to pay for the package price at time of booking, and present the same credit card for verification at time of check in. If guest cannot present BOC Visa Card for verification, rack room rate will be charged, and package benefits i.e. 2-day park ticket, Disney's FASTPASS, welcome drink coupons and spa coupon will not be offered. Any other additional payment not included in the package price may be settled with other credit cards or by cash.
- The package price varies according to the number of guests and the date of check-in, and is inclusive of 3% government tax and 10% service charge. All bookings are subject to availability. Each hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests.
- Cardholders may request for an upgrade from garden view room to sea view room by paying an additional sum of HK$200 per package, subject to availability.
- This package is non-commissionable.
- This package is for the cardholders' personal use only and is not valid for group or corporate sales use. Each cardholder is entitled to book up to a maximum of 4 packages per day and per card.
- A deposit equivalent to the full package price will be charged for each package at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the full package price for each package cancelled.
- Park tickets, Disney's FASTPASS, welcome drinks coupon and spa coupon will be available at hotel front desk upon check-in.
- The Park tickets offered in this package are 2-day tickets, valid for admission to the Park on the check-in day and the following day, and may be used by adults, children or seniors. Tickets are valid on either Peak or Regular Days, but are not valid on Special Days. When the 2-day ticket is being used for admission to the Park, hotel guest ID needs to be presented
- Welcome drinks coupons may be used at Grand Salon, Crystal Lotus or for Room Services at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
- Only ONE 'buy 1 get 1 free Signature Spa Treatments coupon' is available for each package reserved. Please contact Victorian Spa at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel directly at 3510-6388 for more information on spa treatments available. Advanced reservation is required. Victorian Spa is not an agent of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") or BOCCC. Neither HKITP nor BOCCC is the supplier of the Victorian Spa offers and neither HKITP nor BOCCC gives any guarantee to the quality of, or accepts any liability for any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature arising out of or conjunction with the use or consumption of, any goods or services provided by the Victorian Spa.
- Disney's FASTPASS entitles the holder to reduced waiting time at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters and Space Mountain, and is valid for one time use only.
- Unused Park tickets, Disney's FASTPASS, welcome drink coupons and spa coupons cannot be refunded, exchanged or used as a cash equivalent for ticket upgrade.
- The above listed offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
- All offers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items.
- All offers are subject to additional terms and conditions prescribed by HKITP and such terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- The Company accepts neither responsibility nor liability for any matters relating to the products and services provided by HKITP.
- Should any disputes arise, the decision of HKITP and the Company shall be final.
- In the event any conflict arise, the decision between the English version and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
