Where can I buy the Student Magic Access Membership Card?

You can purchase the Student Magic Access Membership Card at the following locations:

• Online.
• Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at the MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse), open from 9:00am - 8:00pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Hong Kong Disneyland Reservation Center at +852 1-830-830, open daily from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
• Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths, open daily from 30 minutes before Park opening until Park closes. See Park Hours.
• Front desk of the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney's Hollywood Hotel (available only to hotel guests).

At this moment, the Student Magic Access Membership Card is not available at travel agents. Instead, it can be purchased at the following outlets:

• Online.
• Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at the MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse), open from 9:00am - 8:00pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

How many Student Magic Access Membership Cards can I purchase in one time?

There is no limit to the number of transaction for each guest or credit card. You can purchase up to 10 different Magic Access Membership Cards in each online transaction.

You are welcome to buy any types of Magic Access Certificates for friends and relatives as gifts. You can also buy a Magic Access Membership Card as gift directly, provided that you are able to provide the necessary details for each applicant at the time of purchase.

What is the validity of the Student Magic Access Membership Card?

Magic Access Membership Card is valid for one year starting from its issue date.

Any restrictions on Park entry if I am using a Student Magic Access Membership Card?

You can visit the Park at any time within normal Park operating hours on any days available for the Membership Card type you purchased, except for private events or special events which require a separate admission charge.

What are the specific block-out dates for the Student Magic Access Membership Card?

• Red Card is valid on about 240 days, including 3 designated weekends. Guests could refer to the calendar card distributed when their Magic Access Membership Cards were issued or view calendar for block-out dates.
• Silver Card is valid on about 250 days, including 7 designated weekends. Guests could refer to the calendar card distributed when their Magic Access Membership Cards were issued or view calendar for block-out dates.
• Gold Card is valid on over 340 days. Guests could refer to the calendar card distributed when their Magic Access Membership Cards were issued or view calendar for block-out dates.
• Platinum Card: No block-out dates

Can I get a new Student Magic Access Membership Card if my old one is damaged?

Yes, you are able to replace the damaged cards at Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths or Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse). A handling fee will be charged.

What should I do if I lose my Student Magic Access Membership Card? Can I get a new one?

If you have lost your cards, you are able to visit the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths or Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse) for re-issue. A handling fee will be charged. You are encouraged to keep the receipt, make a photocopy of the Card or keep a record of your Membership Card number to facilitate and expedite the re-issue in case you lose your Card.

I am a student who had purchased an Adult Magic Access Membership Card in an earlier days. I have not used the Card yet or I have only used it for a few times, can I have a refund?

Magic Access Membership Cards sold are non-transferable, no-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The prices of Magic Access Membership Cards for Adult and Student (aged 12-25) are different. Can I buy a Student Magic Access Membership Card if I'm 25 years old now and will be turning 26 years old soon? How do you draw the line?

Yes. The age calculated by the exact birth-date as at the Membership Card issue date will be used, i.e. not birth year or month, and not the online purchase date or the first usage date of the Membership Card will be measured.

Can the 1-Day admission ticket be upgraded to a Student Magic Access Membership Card after patronage?

An unused 1-Day admission tickets can be upgraded to the Student Magic Access Membership Card. For an used 1-Day admission tickets, it can only be upgraded on the same day at the Magic Access Member Service Center next to City Hall inside the Park before the Magic Access Member leaving the Park. The valid period of the upgraded Magic Access Membership Card would be one year starting from the first date the 1-Day Ticket used.

Is the Student Magic Access Membership Card transferable?

Each Student Magic Access Membership Card is personalized and dedicated for a specific Guest and it is not transferable. Each Guest name will be printed on the back of the card and provision of valid personal identification or passing through the Ticket Tag system for verification is required upon entry to the Park. Therefore, only the person with appropriate personal identification can use the Card.
