Magic Access Membership Cards are personalized and dedicated for a specific Guest and it is not transferable. Guest name will be printed on the back of the Cards and provision of valid personal identification or pass through the Ticket Tag system for verification is required upon entry to the Park, Therefore, only the person with appropriate personal identification can use the Card.
Yes. You can renew your Magic Access Membership Card Online. The online renewal process is available to Magic Access Membership Card within 60 days before its expiry date.
Yes, you can renew an unlimited number of Cards at one time at ticket booths or hotel front desks. If you renew your Card(s) Online, you can renew up to 4 Cards at one time.
The renewed Magic Access Membership Card will be valid for one year from the expiry date of the original Magic Access Membership Card, i.e. regardless of the renewal date or conversion date.

If you have lost your Card or if the Card is damaged, you can visit the Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths or Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse) for re-issue. You are encouraged to keep the receipt, make a photocopy of the Card or keep a record of your Membership Card number to facilitate and expedite the re-issue in case you lose your Card.
