From March 27, 2013 onwards, Magic Access will be streamlined to three tiers with the Silver Magic Access as the entry tier. Red Magic Access will no longer be available for sale or renewal. You may join Magic Access, including Silver, Gold and Platinum Membership Cards, starting from HK$850. Magic Access Members can enjoy various benefits including discounts on merchandise and dining, as well as wonderful birthday privileges and limited edition gifts.
The current benefits of Magic Access are valid till June 30, 2013. New benefits will be effective from July 1, 2013. Please refer to our website or obtain the new benefit card at Magic Access Member Service Center.
If you have lost your membership card, please visit Hong Kong Disneyland Main Entrance Ticket Booths or Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at MTR Hong Kong Station (Tung Chung Line Concourse) for re-issue. A handling fee will be charged. You are encouraged to keep the receipt, make a photocopy of your membership card or keep a record of your membership card number to facilitate and expedite the re-issue in case you lose your card.
You are welcome to buy the Magic Access Certificates for friends and relatives as gifts. You can also buy a Magic Access Membership Card as gift directly, provided that you are able to provide the necessary details of each applicant at the time of purchase of Magic Access Membership Cards.
Yes. The age calculated by the exact birth-date as at the Membership Card issue date will be used, i.e. not birth-year or birth-month, and not the online purchase date or the first usage date of the Membership Card will be measured. For example, if the boy is still at 11 years old as of the Membership Card issue date, he can buy and use a Child Magic Access Membership Card.
Magic Access Membership Cards will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The last date of validity period will be printed on the back of the Card.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to the Park to assure your entry and to enjoy a full day of fun. When the Park is about reaching its full capacity, Hong Kong Disneyland will proactively communicate through different channels, such as announcements on radio and public messaging boards on the transportation network and on our website.
Magic Access Membership Cards sold are non-transferable, no-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.
The Ticket Tag system is implemented with the biometric technology to recognize the identity of Hong Kong Disneyland Magic Access members and their cards, which will enhance the Magic Access members' experience upon entry to the Park.
You can present your personal Identification to enter the park.
You are not required to use Ticket Tag system if you are aged 11 or below. You can get into the Park by presenting your personal identification (e.g. school handbook, or birth certificate and other photo identification) for verification against your Magic Access Membership Card.
The Ticket Tag system records the scan in correspondence to a specific Magic Access Membership Card. Hence, if you purchase a new Magic Access Membership Card, the scan from the original Card will not be carried forward to the new Card and you will be asked to provide a new scan for your new Card.
If you do not want to use the Ticket Tag System, you are welcome to show your personal identification and your Membership Card for Park entry.
Magic Access Members are not entitled to ticket exchange or special arrangement in the event of early Park close due to inclement weather. Magic Access Membership Cards will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Members can enter the Park again within the validity period.
