What is Hong Kong Disneyland?

Hong Kong Disneyland offers a world-class, unique family entertainment experience inspired by the original Disneyland in California. Where is Hong Kong Disneyland located?

What should I bring with me when I visit Hong Kong Disneyland?

Hong Kong Disneyland enjoys a warm climate. Be sure to bring light clothing and sunscreen and an umbrella or parasol. Be prepared for the unexpected by packing appropriate clothing in case things get wet. Remember: You can stow what you don't want to carry in the lockers located in Main Street, U.S.A.

Are there any personal items I should not bring with me into Hong Kong Disneyland?

Items that you may not bring into the theme park include but are not limited to:

• Dangerous or hazardous materials (including knives, box cutters, razor blades, darts, martial arts equipment with sharp points or sharp edges).
• Food, alcoholic beverages and beverages in cans or bottles. Our restaurants and food and beverage outlets offer a wide range of choices to accommodate Guests with food allergies or intolerances. Note that in many cases, advance notice is preferred-usually at the time of dining reservation or please talk to the restaurant manager for more information.
• Carts or other wheeled carriers (with the exception of strollers, wheelchairs and baggage with size smaller than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm). We work hard to offer a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. The park rules and regulations on access of wheeled carriers would be tightened when required without prior notice.
• Pets (with the exception of Service Animals). Service Animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

Can I bring a young child, such as a one-year old, to the park?

Our attractions are designed to be enjoyed by guests of all ages. Young children need to be accompanied by an adult. Guests who do not meet the minimum height requirement for certain attractions may not ride.

Are there any facilities for the wheelchair users?

Our park is designed to be accessible by wheelchair guests, as most of the attractions, queues, shops, and restaurants can accommodate wheelchairs. We also have designated parade viewing for our guests with disabilities and their parties. Please visit our website soon for more information.

Where can I find assistance if I have special religious needs when visiting Hong Kong Disneyland?

We welcome and respect all variations of faith. If you need any assistance, such as a place to worship, special dietary or carry / use of any special item due to religious needs, please contact us prior to your arrival or visit Guest Relations at City Hall in Town Square for more information.

Guests from the Sikh community who carry a Kirpan are recommended to wear necklace type Kirpan (2 inches or less) when visiting Hong Kong Disneyland. Please approach our Cast Member prior to being screened at the Security Bag Check area for any Kirpan storage assistance.
